2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

• Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective).

• Innerwear, lingerie, or similar personal items for hygiene reasons.

• Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our address.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Help@mushkclothes.shop with photos of the item. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
